Customer Support Representative - Medical and Healthcare

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit team delivering exceptional customer care through inbound and outbound calls, customer support programs, and ongoing engagement initiatives.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders, you'll ensure every customer interaction is professional, empathetic and focused on delivering the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support via inbound and outbound phone calls.

- Build trusted relationships with customers, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate and process customer requests accurately and efficiently.

- Follow up with customers to ensure they have the support and information they need.

- Educate customers on products, services and available support programs.

- Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.

- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.





- Support customer engagement initiatives and marketing campaigns.

- Work collaboratively across the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You’ll bring:

- Previous customer service experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a related industry.

- Experience managing inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Excellent communication skills with a warm, empathetic phone manner.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Confidence using CRM systems and learning new software.

- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and work independently.

- A cooperative approach and willingness to contribute to team success.

A qualification in Business, Nursing, Science or another health-related discipline will be highly regarded but is not essential.
