Bayside Health in Victoria seeks an Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer to provide culturally safe support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families, empowering their participation in health care decisions.

The role is based at Wonthaggi and Leongatha with some travel, part time (64 hours per fortnight) and HS3 classification within Cultural Safety; duties include advocacy, liaison with staff, and care coordination across sites.
