Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an SEO Specialist / SEM Specialist at Jobs Den. The specialist will conduct keyword research, perform on-page optimization, and execute link-building initiatives to improve search engine visibility.

Daily tasks include running SEO audits, monitoring web analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance data. The role also involves collaborating with content and marketing teams to align SEO and SEM efforts, preparing concise performance reports, and suggesting data-backed recommendations. The specialist will continuously test and refine campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions while adhering to industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose technical or content-related issues.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.




- Candidates should possess Link Building skills, focusing on ethical, high-quality outreach and authority-building strategies.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track performance and inform decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar) and basic understanding of paid search campaigns is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant coursework, certifications, or practical experience in digital marketing, SEO, or SEM are preferred.
