About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team, supporting both Torque Honda and BYD North Lakes.This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.Key responsibilities include: Managing customer service bookings and enquiries

Greeting customers and accurately identifying their service requirements

Preparing estimates and explaining recommended work

Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow and communication

Providing updates on vehicle progress and completion times

Processing invoices and maintaining accurate service records

Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services

You To be successful in this role, you will have:



Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment

Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills

Strong communication and organisational abilities The ability to multitask and perform well under pressure

Sound computer and administration skills A proactive and positive attitude

Strong attention to detail A current driver's licence Experience with dealership management systems and a passion for the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
