Fitness Passport to support your health and wellbeing The Role You’ll manage the full service operation - from quoting and scheduling through to quality, compliance, and team performance. You’ll work alongside the Branch Manager to drive continuous improvement and ensure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to standard.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Preparing accurate, commercially sound service quotes and managing quote approvals
Scheduling and managing workshop workflow to ensure jobs are completed within quoted timeframes
Leading, developing, and motivating the service team to meet short and long-term business objectives
Overseeing WIP and producing regular reports on workshop performance, labour utilisation, and service KPIs
Managing resources, plant, and equipment to optimise efficiency and minimise downtime
Ensuring quality standards are met and non-conformances are addressed promptly
Building strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and timely parts delivery
Building strong relationships with our customer base and pivotal in growing new business.
Promoting a safe and healthy workplace in line with the company’s WHS Management System
Contributing to branch financial performance through budget management and profit delivery About You You’re an experienced service professional who brings both technical credibility and leadership presence. You know how workshops run, you understand what good looks like, and you’re ready to own it. You’ll Bring Demonstrated knowledge of pumps and pump servicing (e.g. centrifugal, submersible, or similar)
A background in a trade or service environment, with hands-on service delivery experience
Proven people management skills - you know how to lead a team and get the best out of people
Experience managing workshop scheduling, WIP, and operational reporting The ability to read and interpret technical specifications and communicate them clearly A proactive approach to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
