This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering ServiceNow application enhancements in a quick-paced environment. You'll play a key role in testing App Engine solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring quality outcomes across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and execute detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts
- Perform functional, integration and user acceptance testing across ServiceNow applications
- Identify, document and track defects through to resolution
- Collaborate with Business SMEs, developers and project stakeholders to validate requirements
About You
- Strong experience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst or ServiceNow Tester
- Experience with UI Builder and ServiceNow platform functionality
- Understanding of the Glide API and JavaScript within the ServiceNow environment
- Desirable knowledge includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GlideAjax, ServiceNow SPM Agile 2.0, Service Portal, Playbooks and Workspaces.
