To be responsible for the day to day running and operation of Telecommunication services incorporating PABX/VoIP/Spectralink telephone services, MIE (Message Integration Engine) and Paging services.

Proven customer service skills.

Proven organisational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.

Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
