We’re currently seeking a Settlements Associate for our Credit & Settlements team to process and review retail transactions. You’ll have a great deal of ownership and autonomy in helping us scale our internal process working across multiple IT systems. You’ll work collaboratively with teams such as Sales and Customer Service to ensure our Credit & Settlements function runs efficiently and enables a best-in-class experience for our customers.

What you’ll do:

- Ensure all retail settlements are compliant from a regulatory aspect.
- Ensure all data within the system is entered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with the dealer network to support with any service requirements.
- Ensure dealer facilities activity adheres to HCAU policy requirements.
- Ensure issues are escalated in accordance with internal policies.
- Support other functions within the Operations team as required.
- Assist with the drafting of process and procedure documents.

Your skills & experience:





- Demonstrated settlements/operations experience within banking and/or financial services.
- Thorough funding and loan documentation knowledge.
- Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team-oriented team.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Confident accurately managing and maintaining multiple IT systems simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
