About The Chance

Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Fabricating structural stormwater treatment and filtration components

- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and fabrication specifications

- Performing MIG and TIG welding of stainless steel products

- Operating CNC guillotines, brake presses, and fabrication machinery

- Maintaining high standards of quality control and workmanship

- Working safely in accordance with company WHS procedures





- Assisting with workshop production schedules and deadlines

- Travelling to regional project sites when required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Trade qualification as a Fabricator or Boilermaker

- Minimum 12 months' experience in stainless steel fabrication

- Strong MIG and TIG welding experience

- Experience operating CNC guillotines, brake presses, and fabrication equipment

- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Flexible approach to overtime and occasional regional travel
