As our ecommerce business continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Shopify Specialist to take ownership of our Shopify ecosystem and help optimise every stage of the customer journey.
The Role
You'll own, manage, optimise and continuously improve our Shopify website, ensuring it delivers an exceptional customer experience while driving conversion, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining technical capability with commercial thinking, working across website management, merchandising, customer experience and platform optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Optimisation
- Manage the holistic operation of the Shopify website
- Maintain website navigation, collections, menus and site structure
- Optimise UX/UI throughout the site
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity
- Identify opportunities to enhance website functionality and performance
Merchandising & Product Management
- Collaborate in the management of a product data system that is automated and AI enhanced at every level
- Bring competence to managing a high volume of SKU, with complex size and colour variations
- Optimise product data for high volume performance marketing, including keyword, SEO and titles
- Manage product categorisation, filters, search functionality and navigation
- Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across the website
Website Performance & CRO
- Monitor website performance, conversion rates and customer behaviour
- Analyse customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement
- Execute A/B testing and conversion optimisation initiatives
- Build reports and dashboards to support commercial decision-making
- Turn data into actionable recommendations that improve business performance
Shopify Platform & Integrations
- Manage Shopify apps, integrations and platform updates
- Support integrations with Klaviyo, inventory and third-party applications
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI tools
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with tech, marketing, creative and operations teams
- Collaborate with founders and an established team
- Stay current with Shopify developments, ecommerce trends and emerging technology
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience managing Shopify websites
- Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising and digital trading
- Excellent attention to detail and website management skills
- Experience with sophisticated data management and high volume SKU
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make commercially driven decisions
