Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently
- Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding showroom experience
- Direct visitors to the appropriate team members
- Log and manage telephone enquiries




- Prepare invoices and complete filing and general administration tasks
- Maintain a professional and organised reception area

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous reception, customer service or hospitality experience
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A friendly, energetic and positive attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Full Australian Permanent Residency or Australian work rights (applications from candidates without valid Australian work rights will not be considered)
