We currently have around 30 active residential sites across Sydney — stable projects, high standards, a fast pace. We're hiring an experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to take charge of on-site management, trade coordination, quality control and project delivery.

We're looking for someone who has genuinely done the work, can carry responsibility and solve problems on the ground. 30+ Active sites Active House & Duplex sites across Sydney 2types House & Duplex High-end detached & dual-occupancy homes ∞pipeline Long-term pipeline A steady, long-term residential pipeline FIG.02 The Role You'll own the site From trades starting on site to final handover, you're the one who turns drawings into homes — running several House / Duplex projects across Sydney at the same time. 01 Multi-site management Run on-site management across multiple House / Duplex projects in Sydney, coordinating everything on the ground. 02 Trade coordination Schedule and coordinate trades on site — managing the sequence of excavation, concrete, carpenter, plumber, electrician and more. 03 Program tracking Keep projects on program, making sure each stage progresses to plan — no delays, no idle crews. 04 Quality control Inspect workmanship on site to ensure it meets the architectural / structural drawings and building standards. 05 Inspections Coordinate PCA / Certifier inspections and follow up rectification items through to sign-off. 06 Site safety (WHS) Manage site safety and ensure workers comply with WHS requirements — hold the safety line. 07 Problem-solving & reporting Spot and resolve site issues early, and report progress, risks and solutions back to the office. 08 Materials & site setup Help manage material deliveries, on-site storage and work scheduling to keep the site running in order.



09 Defects & handover Follow defects through to close-out and make sure projects are delivered smoothly to the owners. → In short You are the standard on site — quality, safety and program all run through you. Familiar with the Sydney residential build sequence — slab, frame, roof, lock-up, fixing, fit-off, handover.

Able to read architectural and structural drawings.

Trade-coordination experience — able to manage the sequence and timing of different trades.

Familiar with common residential quality issues and how to resolve them on site.

Reliable, with robust follow-through and able to run several projects at once.

Hold a current NSW Driver Licence.

Have your own vehicle to travel between sites across Sydney.

Able to communicate in English with local trades, suppliers and certifiers. ＋ Preferred Nice to have Experience as a Site Foreman / Supervisor / Leading Hand.

A carpenter, builder or trade background.

Familiar with CDC / CC / PCA inspection processes.

Bilingual (English / Mandarin) is a plus. Done the work on site but don't tick every box? If you're keen to learn and carry it, we'd still like to hear from you.
