Multiple roles available for a growing developer Your current company An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager and Finishing Foreman to join a well-established developer-builder delivering a high-quality multi-residential development on the southern Gold Coast. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence, this is an opportunity to play a key role in bringing a landmark project to completion.

Your new role

Site Manager

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all site activities from structure through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
- Drive programme and productivity outcomes
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
- Maintain quality assurance standards throughout construction
- Liaise with project stakeholders and management teams

Finishing Foreman Working closely with the Site Manager, you will lead the finishing stages of the project and drive quality outcomes through to practical completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage finishing trades




- Conduct defect inspections and close-out activities
- Monitor quality and workmanship across all finishing works
- Assist with programme management and trade sequencing
- Support handover and practical completion processes
- Maintain site safety and presentation standards

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience delivering commercial or multi-residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Trade or construction-related qualifications highly regarded
- Strong understanding of quality, programme, and safety requirements
