Site Manager – Falls Creek - October 2026 - April 2027

Murloo is seeking a Site Manager to lead the delivery of recent build construction project in Falls Creek. Accommodation will be provided with the ability to travel home on weekends, or stay on location.

Initial engagement is for a short term contractor, with the potential for long term permanent work for the right candidate.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities

- Ensure compliance with Murloo’s HSEQ systems

- Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time,



and to high standards

- Be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on site

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-first culture

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on construction projects outside of the residential sector

- Proven leadership in managing trades and supervisors.

- Solid understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site safety

- Cert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)

- Experience with roofing or working at heights – highly regarded

- White Card and valid Driver’s Licence

- Full Australian working rights
