Lead the Delivery of Landmark Gold Coast Projects. Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with one of the Gold Coast's most respected developer-builders to appoint an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for an $80M recent build apartment development.
With an exceptional pipeline of secured work, you'll join a business delivering a combination of Design & Construct projects and its own premium developments, ensuring long-term project security and the opportunity to work on some of the region's most impressive residential builds.
The Opportunity

About You To be considered, you must have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering new build apartment projects of 15 storeys or higher.
- A strong background managing large subcontractor workforces and complex construction programmes.
- A proactive approach to safety, quality and programme delivery.
- The ability to drive productivity while maintaining exceptional build standards.
