About the Role A well-established commercial landscaping contractor is looking for an experienced Landscape Site Manager / Supervisor to deliver high-quality landscape construction projects across Sydney .

This role is ideal for someone from a landscape construction background who enjoys leading teams on site, coordinating trades, and delivering high-end commercial and civil landscape packages including hardscape, softscape, paving, irrigation, and public domain works .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations across landscape construction projects.
- Coordinate landscape crews, subcontractors, plant, and materials to keep projects on schedule.
- Deliver hardscape and softscape packages including paving, decking, retaining walls, turfing, planting, and irrigation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works meet quality, environmental, and safety standards .
- Implement and manage WHS procedures and site safety compliance .
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Lead and mentor landscape crews,



labourers, and apprentices on site.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience delivering commercial landscape construction projects .
- Background as a Landscape Foreman, Landscape Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Site Manager .
- Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape construction methods .
- Ability to read landscape drawings, specifications, and set-out plans .
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- White Card (Construction Induction) required.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between Sydney project sites.
