The Rose & Crown Hotel in Guildford is WA’s oldest operating hotel and a multi-award-winning dining venue, including the 2025 Gold Plate Award for Best Restaurant within a Hotel.

We are recruiting for two separate positions:

Chef de Partie – Cold Larder

Level 4–5 | Casual or full-time

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to manage or support our cold larder section, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing or assisting with the cold larder section
- Preparing salads, starters, garnishes and desserts
- Restaurant, function and general kitchen preparation
- Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and food safety

You will be organised, reliable and capable of managing your own section in a busy commercial kitchen.





Wood-Fired Pizza Chef & Prep Cook

Level 4 | Casual | Minimum 24–30 hours per week

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing and cooking wood-fired pizzas
- Dough preparation, stretching bases and adding toppings
- Completing general kitchen preparation before service
- Maintaining consistency, cleanliness and food-safety standards

Previous pizza-making experience is preferred; however, additional training can be provided to a capable chef or experienced cook.

Both positions require availability across weekdays and weekends.
