Northline is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating collections, quotes and freight enquiries via phone and email. Based in SA - Adelaide, you will support ongoing operations across our national network.

You'll handle inbound calls, update customers and teammates on queries, respond to emails, and maintain strong relationships while delivering prompt, skilled service.
