Trade Counter Assistant Enoggera I&P; (TH) – Reece Irrigation and Pools is a leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products with a long history of serving the trade. This role supports landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople by helping them access the products they need and by performing branch operations that keep the store running smoothly. The position offers development opportunities designed to progress toward leadership roles within the network.

Responsibilities

- Provide customer service and information about products
- Provide quotes in person and over the phone
- Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
- Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Continue upskilling with tailored on-the-job training initiatives
- Develop operational and commercial skills that form the foundation for future leadership roles

Qualifications and Requirements

- Leadership potential and a growth mindset
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Comfort using a computer and willingness to learn current systems
- Clean, valid driver’s licence and openness to working various shifts, including weekends
- A desire to develop a career locally or within the broader network
