Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day store operations and customer service
- Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation
- Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
- Help drive store performance and implement promotions
- Step up in the absence of the Store Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Retail or hospitality experience
- Passion for leading and supporting teams
- Robust communication and proactive mindset
- Desire to take the next step into leadership
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.77/hour + 12% super + penalties
