About The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for contributing in maximising store performance through strong sales, visual excellence and exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced Airport environment. Oxford Apparel is looking for Casual Sales Ambassadors to join our dynamic Highpoint Store- available to work weekends.

Previous retail experience is valued, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming, engaging, and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience
- Build robust product knowledge to confidently recommend styles, sizes, and outfit solutions
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally
- Support stock management, including replenishment, stock takes, and organization of the sales floor and back-of-house
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment
- Stay up to date with current promotions, product launches, and company initiatives
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset at all times
