About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker,you'll work as part of a supportive care team to deliver high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents.You'll play a key role in promoting wellbeing,independenceand quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care, hygiene,groomingand oral care
- Assistwith meals,mobilityand daily living activities
- Support lifestyle and wellbeing programs
- Monitor, document and report changes in residents' condition
- Promote residents' dignity,choiceand independence
- Follow Aged Care Quality Standards, infection controlpracticesand TLC policies

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent
- Previousaged care experience preferred
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards




- Strong communicationand teamwork skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Influenza andX3COVID-19 vaccinations in line with TLC requirements
