We're experiencing rapid year-on-year growth, and we're now looking for our next State Manager to lead our NSW operations. It's a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on managing multiple sites and is ready to play a key role in our continued growth.
About The Role:
As the NSW State Manager, you will lead and oversee operations across the state, ensuring the performance, efficiency and safety of our technicians, vehicle fleet and warehousing functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across both the Moorebank and Northwest Sydney warehouses
- Maintain a weekly visitation schedule across both sites to ensure alignment and performance
- Lead, mentor and support your teams to deliver high‑quality service
- Build a positive team culture and support staff development
- Drive operational efficiency and provide regular updates to the National Operations Manager
- Work with managers to resolve escalated customer issues
- Support ongoing recruitment for your state
- Represent and uphold the Mobile Tyre Shop brand and Values
About You:
- A strong, hands‑on leadership and management style.
- A natural motivator who inspires teams to perform at their best
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email and in person
- Strong problem‑solving skills with an analytical approach
- Effective time management and ability to perform under pressure
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Sydney sites and, as the business grows, to the ACT.
