Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced PYTHA CAD Draftsperson to join their team. This is a key role supporting both design and production, working closely with project managers and the factory to deliver accurate, build-ready drawings for retail fit-out and joinery projects.

What you’ll be doing

- Interpreting architectural drawings, concepts, and client briefs
- Preparing joinery documentation for manufacture and installation
- Creating cut lists, material specifications, and CNC-ready outputs
- Liaising with project managers, designers, and production teams
- Revising drawings based on feedback and site conditions




- Ensuring accuracy, buildability, and compliance with project requirements
- Supporting the transition from design through to production

What we’re looking for

- Background in joinery, cabinet making, or shopfitting
- Strong understanding of joinery construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Experience preparing drawings for CNC/manufacturing (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
