About the Role

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for stock movement, replenishment, and inventory allocation across multiple warehouse zones. This role offers variety, ongoing learning opportunities, and the chance to contribute to a high-performing distribution team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate high-reach forklifts to complete bulk picking activities
- Replenish stock using RF scanning technology
- Allocate and move stock across various warehouse areas




- Maintain high levels of safety, accuracy, and productivity
- Support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Must have 2 years' HR experience
- A current and valid LF Forklift Licence
- Confidence working within racking environments
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliability and a desire for ongoing employment
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Experience using RF scanners
