This is a great opportunity for a qualified, friendly, and skilled Food and Beverage Coordinator to join the us and lead our hospitality team!

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Coordinator to drive the team to achieve our targets and provide top-level customer service. In this hands‑on role you will participate in the operation of the bar and food service to achieve expected budgeted sales targets and KPIs.

Reporting to our Venue Manager, our Coordinator needs to have the highest level of customer service skills. Proven experience in the hospitality sector is desirable.

An RSA Badge is essential.

The primary responsibility of the Coordinator is to lead the team in delivering first‑class service to our patrons, ensuring the bar and functions operate effectively and efficiently within relevant Government Regulations.

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Ability to lead, coach and inspire a team
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Provide information on our product range
- Maintain the appearance and presentation of the bar
- Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
- Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems




- Promote the centre's services and programs to our patrons
- Develop and maintain valuable working relations with patrons
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
