Exotic Spice Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our presence across Brisbane and Regional Queensland.
About the Role
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing our customer network across:
- Indian Restaurants
- Indian Grocery Stores
- Convenience Stores
- Food Service & Catering Businesses
This is a field-based sales role where you'll build strong customer relationships, introduce new products, and help customers grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers across Queensland.
- Visit restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores regularly.
- Present and promote our expanding range of food products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sample tastings.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the management team to expand into recent regions.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or business development experience (FMCG or food industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a robust desire to achieve results.
- Ability to travel throughout Brisbane and Regional Queensland.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Full working rights in Australia.
