The Organic Collective

Western Australia

The Organic Collective | Hamilton Hill, WA | Part time (20–30 hours/week)

Weekdays + availability for one or two Saturday mornings per month

If you love organisation, fresh organic food and products and making someone's day a little better... keep reading.

Every online order tells a story.

It might be a busy family trying to eat a little healthier.

An elderly customer who can't easily get to the shops.

Someone ordering their weekly groceries between work and school pick-up.

Behind every order is someone trusting us to choose beautiful organic food on their behalf.

That’s where you come in.

You will become the person who ensures every online order leaves our warehouse exactly as you'd hope it would arrive at your own home, fresh, accurate, beautifully packed and delivered with care.

If that sounds satisfying to you, we'd love to meet you.

What's In It For You?

This is your chance to be part of something bigger. A workplace where you're valued, your work genuinely matters, and the team has your back.

We offer full training, a supportive team environment, and genuine opportunities to grow as our business continues to evolve.

Here is what you can expect:

- Work with a fantastic team that genuinely enjoys working together.
- Support certified organic farmers and ethical Australian suppliers.
- Be part of a business making a positive difference to people, community and the planet.
- Staff discounts on certified organic groceries.
- Leadership that listens, supports and genuinely cares about its people.
- Most importantly, you'll be part of a team that takes enormous pride in looking after our customers.

About Us

We’re The Organic Collective - Hamilton Hill’s trusted organic food hub.

For more than 25 years we’ve been connecting Perth families with fresh, certified organic fruit, vegetables and groceries through our retail store, online grocery shop and seasonal home delivery service.

We’re proudly independent, community focused and passionate about supporting organic growers and local wherever possible.

Our belief is simple.

Good food. Good people. Good for the planet.

About You

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys being organised.

You notice the little details other people miss.

You take pride in doing things properly, and people know they can rely on you.

You’re calm when things get busy, communicate well with customers and teammates, and naturally look for ways to make things run better.

You don’t mind getting your hands dirty with fresh produce, lifting boxes or being on your feet throughout the day.

More than anything, you enjoy knowing your work makes someone else’s day easier.

We’re not looking for someone to simply pick and pack orders.

We’re looking for someone who’ll take ownership of the entire customer fulfilment process.

You’ll thrive here if you:

- Enjoy working in retail, food, hospitality,

logistics or customer fulfilment.
- Love organisation and tidy systems.
- Naturally spot problems before they become problems.
- Enjoy helping customers.
- Communicate confidently with people.
- Like being active and working on your feet.
- Are comfortable using computers, POS systems and emails.
- Want to work somewhere with purpose, not just collect a pay cheque.

About The Role

You’ll become the bridge between our online store and our customers’ homes.

Your day may include:

- Picking and packing beautiful online grocery orders with care and attention to detail.
- Selecting fresh produce you’d happily take home yourself.
- Contacting customers about substitutions or product availability.
- Processing customer payments and updating online orders.
- Adjusting invoices for weighed fruit, vegetables and meat.
- Maintaining excellent stock rotation and identifying quality issues.
- Working alongside our retail, procurement and delivery teams.
- Preparing orders for dispatch and assisting with delivery loading.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe packing workspace.
- Supporting the retail team on Saturday mornings approximately once or twice each month.

Every order you pack helps create an exceptional customer experience.

Why Work With Us?

- Part-time role (20–30 hours per week)
- Flexible hours depending on your availability and the right fit
- Staff discounts on certified organic groceries
- Full training provided
- Supportive, values-led leadership
- Small friendly team
- Purposeful work you’ll feel proud of
