The intern pharmacist position will commence in either December 2026 or January 2027. However, the pharmacy student can be engaged in a part-time role prior to the commencement of the intern pharmacist contract.
We are seeking an intern pharmacist who can:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient-care
- Nurture patient relationships
- Engage with our team based approach to health-care
- Enjoy the delivery of great health-care
- If suitably eligible, engage in the immunisation services of the pharmacy
- Participate in medication reviews and medication review follow-ups
- Be guided and trained sleep apnoea consultation services

This role is best suited to those pharmacy students that have already had undergraduate experience working in community pharmacy.
The roles requires:
- Dispensing medications and effectively counselling patients
- OTC Counselling and consultation
- Having excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Maintaining and developing relationships with patients
- Administering and Immunisation & Injectables (Optional)
- Managing the supply of DAAs
- Assisting in supervision of pharmacy assistants
- Growing the patient base
- Assisting in managing dispensary inventory and ordering
