Role

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler or someone with glazing experience to coordinate daily job deployment across the Melbourne region. This office-based position is part of our Melbourne team and requires regular contact with customers and tradespeople. The successful candidate will be an organised multitasker with strong communication skills. The role is based in Heidelberg West.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and allocate daily work for tradespeople to maximise productivity
- Assess job requirements and assign appropriate resources
- Communicate with customers and provide timely job updates
- Manage logistics, including emergency and ad-hoc jobs, to meet customer needs professionally
- Maintain accurate records and update Salesforce with job and scheduling data

Skills and Experience

- Prior scheduling or glazing experience
- Strong ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload with accuracy
- Logical, solution-focused problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
- Proven time management and organisational abilities
- Comfortable using computers and common software, including MS Office
- Salesforce experience is highly desirable but not essential
