We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service/Internal Sales Consultant to join our growing team at our Bayswater Headquarters!

About the Role

This isn't just another sales support role, it's a chance to get involved in a growing business and play a key part in how we service and grow our Victorian customer base. As our new Customer Service/Internal Sales Consultant, you'll be working at the centre of our operations. You'll become the trusted point of contact for customers, providing advice, managing enquiries, and ensuring smooth, end-to-end order processing.

This role collaborates closely with our external sales team, and provides the chance to develop transferable skills in customer management, project coordination, and product knowledge. As our business continues to expand, you'll be well positioned to grow with us and progress your career as part of a business that’s investing heavily in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales & Customer Service

- Deliver an unparalleled customer experience by ensuring accurate order entry and prompt processing.
- Manage customer accounts and drive business growth and retention.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive customer project schedules.
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to inquiries regarding stock availability, delivery timelines, and payment requirements.
- Escalate customer issues or complaints to the Internal Sales Manager as appropriate.

Order & Process Management





- Accurately process customer orders within established time frames while managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee the full order life cycle to avoid delays or errors.
- Prepare detailed account status reports and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with operational requirements.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in building effective relationships
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Adept in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a proactive with a commitment to continues learning and growth.
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems will be highly regarded.
