Reporting to the Service Experience Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of customer retention across Honda's Motorcycle and Power Products business.

As the Vehicle Service Data Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering strategies that keep customers engaged and connected to the Honda brand. You'll drive service performance through KPI planning and forecasting, data-driven insights, retention and pricing models, and the successful implementation of service products across our dealer network.

Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, develop actionable insights, and translate findings into strategies that improve customer retention, service performance, and business outcomes. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll help identify opportunities to improve customer loyalty,



strengthen dealer performance, and deliver exceptional service experiences that support long-term growth.

How you'll make an impact

- Monitor and analyse service and dealer performance through KPI reporting, budgeting submissions, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
- Lead service-related projects aligned with business objectives while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement service retention initiatives, campaigns, and business plans that enhance customer loyalty and business growth
- Support service pricing strategies and new model introductions by developing service schedules and pricing structures
- Support system implementation and integration across the dealership network
- Lead forecasting simulations and develop presentations to support planning and decision-making

What you'll bring to Honda

- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics, commerce or similar area or relevant experience in a related field
- Proven experience in analysis, planning, budgeting & incentive coordination




- Sound analytical skills and ability to map out future trends
- Medium to high proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to use analytical tools like Cognos, Power BI etc. will be highly regarded
