Goodwin is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager (Clinical Care Partner) to provide clinical leadership, case management and care coordination across Home Care services. This role suits a Registered Nurse or Allied Health skilled passionate about person-centred care and quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Home Care Nurse Consultant, you will lead care planning, work with clients, families and healthcare providers to ensure services meet goals and remain compliant.
