About the Role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys community based practice and values building genuine relationships with the people they support. This role offers the prospect to work across a diverse caseload, providing assessment and intervention for children, adolescents and adults. While the majority of your work will be in the community, you'll also have the opportunity to provide services from our clinics when appropriate.
Depending on your interests and experience, your role may include:
- Ongoing occupational therapy intervention
- Functional capacity assessments
- Assistive technology assessments and prescription
- Minor home modifications
- Sensory, emotional regulation and executive functioning support
- Working collaboratively with families, educators, support workers and multidisciplinary teams
- Contributing to service development and continuous improvement projects

Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience working within the NDIS or community disability sector is highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
