As Remand Program Facilitator , you will support women in custody through programs that build skills, confidence and readiness for life after prison.
You will play an significant role in delivering quality programs, keeping accurate records and helping services run smoothly.
- Coordinate and facilitate adjustment, life skills and motivational programs for women in custody
- Monitor referrals, scheduling and program delivery to support timely access to services
- Maintain accurate records and monthly data using Corrections Victoria systems
- Support transition and reintegration planning with prison staff and program providers
- Prepare reports and contribute to service improvements that support Corrections Victoria priorities
About you
Experience in program or service delivery within a correctional environment is highly desirable.
You should be confident using computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, to manage data and records.
- Experience working in, or a good understanding of, a correctional environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations with respect
- Flexibility , teamwork and a commitment to continuous improvement and inclusion .
