About the Role An opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of healthcare infrastructure and equipment installation projects within hospital and clinical environments. The role involves regular travel throughout Australia and New Zealand, including regional locations. As such you need to be able to travel regularly for the role.

Reporting closely to the Project Management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising installation teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can confidently manage site operations, maintain productive relationships with builders and contractors, and support the ongoing development of field-based teams.

Candidates with experience in healthcare technology, medical equipment, low-voltage systems,



instrumentation, mechanical systems, or other technical installation environments will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise installation, commissioning, and project activities on site
- Coordinate project delivery in line with approved schedules and implementation plans
- Prepare project sites prior to installation commencement
- Monitor project expenditure and maintain awareness of budget performance
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality systems, and workplace safety requirements
- Conduct site inspections and maintain safe working environments
- Manage contractors and subcontractors engaged on projects
- Coordinate labour resources and site schedules to meet project timelines
- Complete project reporting, corrective action documentation, and compliance records
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site-related issues
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders
- Manage and resolve on-site challenges and operational requirements
- Mentor, coach, and develop installation personnel
- Participate in stock control, inventory counts, and compliance activities
- Provide detailed post-project reporting and continuous improvement recommendations




- Develop and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships
- Support customer presentations, technical discussions, and project planning activities
- Deliver product and system training to customers, partners, and internal teams

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager, Supervisor, Lead Installer, or similar position
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams of up to 10 personnel
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes
- Experience within healthcare, construction, technical services, infrastructure, or related industries
- Exposure to low-voltage systems, technical equipment, healthcare infrastructure, or mechanical systems is advantageous
- Experience working alongside major construction contractors is highly regarded
- Exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, or similar CAD software is desirable but not essential
