Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Perth, WA and is responsible for overseeing daily plumbing activities on commercial construction projects.
This role coordinates and supervises site teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality and compliance standards.
The Site Supervisor will manage workflows, allocate resources, liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients, and monitor adherence to plans and specifications.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting site inspections, resolving on-site issues, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supporting apprentices and tradespeople through guidance and feedback.
The role also involves promoting a positive safety culture, supporting continuous improvement, and representing MI Plumbers’ values in all site interactions.

What You'll Bring
- Possess natural leadership skills, including experience coordinating trades, managing workflows, and overseeing safety and quality on construction sites.
- Practical plumbing trade skills and knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and commercial construction practices, supported by relevant trade qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and for mentoring apprentices and team members.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address site issues promptly and maintain progress under changing conditions.
- Experience in commercial projects in Perth or broader WA, along with familiarity with local building codes and standards, would be an advantage.
- Ability to complete SWMS, permits and basic QA documentation
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
