WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

● Working side-by-side with an amazing team, learning the trade through real, on-the-job experience

● Hands-on work across fence installation (Colorbond, timber,), retaining wall construction and landscaping ( Laying turf , plant plants)

● Building practical skills across all aspects of the work

● Taking on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

● A motivated, enthusiastic attitude and genuine desire to learn a trade

● Willingness to work hard and pick up current skills quickly

● Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious





● Someone looking for long-term, committed employment — this is a career opportunity, not a short-term gig

● Must hold a current White Card licence

● Must have experience on machine operating bobcat , skidsteer , small excavator.

● Must have a reliable car

● Must be willing to get out of the machine and assist the team when needed.

● Willing to travel to job sites across greater Brisbane (From Ipswich to Victoria point and in between and around those suburbs)

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour depends on experience
