About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing and creative Social Media & Community Coordinator to become one of the faces and voices of HSP. This isn't a role for someone who simply schedules posts. It's for someone who genuinely enjoys social media, loves talking to people and gets excited by creating content that people actually want to watch.

Working alongside our Head of Marketing, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, photographers, videographers and external marketing agency, you'll help grow our online community by showcasing what happens at HSP every day. Whether it's behind-the-scenes content, recent product launches, customer stories, workshop updates or events, you'll help bring our brand to life across every platform.

If you're comfortable on camera, enjoy creating content and naturally bring positive energy wherever you go, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Growing and engaging HSP's online community across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Creating engaging day-to-day content including stories, reels, behind-the-scenes videos and customer-focused content.
- Becoming one of the faces of HSP by confidently appearing in videos and representing the brand online.
- Capturing content around the office, warehouse, workshop, events and product launches.
- Working closely with our marketing team and content creators to plan and publish engaging content.
- Coordinating competitions, creator collaborations and community initiatives.
- Responding to comments, messages and conversations while building genuine relationships with our audience.
- Monitoring trends,



community feedback and new opportunities to grow our online presence.

- Someone who genuinely enjoys social media and understands online culture.
- Creative, organised and full of ideas.
- Able to build relationships and communicate naturally with customers.
- Someone who notices trends and thinks about how brands can stand out.
- Self-motivated and happy working as part of a collaborative marketing team.

Experience in social media, content creation or community management is essential. Experience within the automotive, 4WD or outdoor lifestyle industries will be highly regarded, as will a genuine interest in these markets.
