This role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for social media, marketing and content creation. We're looking for someone creative, organised and proactive who loves bringing ideas to life and wants to grow with a local startup.

This is a contractor role (ABN required), offering approximately 5–7 hours per week initially, with flexibility and the opportunity for additional hours as the brand grows.

Everyday Responsibilities:

● Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok.

● Be the creative force behind our TikTok, bringing fresh ideas to life.

● Community management across our social platforms.

● Assist with content creation, filming and editing.

Supporting Act

● Participate in weekly brainstorming and planning sessions.

● Support the Brand Manager with day-to-day marketing activities, including campaigns and promotions.

● Attend occasional events and activations.

Who We're Looking For

● Organised, proactive and reliable.

● Comfortable working independently.

● Confident using Canva (bonus points if you know Adobe Creative Cloud,



especially Adobe Express).

● Familiar with Meta Business Suite.

● Can confidently edit Reels and TikToks.

● Stays on top of social media trends.

● Happy both behind and in front of the camera.

● Based in or around Newcastle.

● Available to commence within the next 1–2 weeks.
