Solahart is one of Australia’s most established solar providers, and our Mackay dealership is growing. We’re seeking a qualified and motivated plumber, with a sign-on bonus for the right candidate, to take ownership of the plumbing scope of our installations and work closely with our local team.

About the Role In this full-time role, you’ll manage all plumbing work related to solar hot water, heat pumps, and associated systems, ensuring safe and high-quality installations across Mackay and surrounds. You’ll collaborate with our electrical, sales, and admin teams to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with a proactive, business-minded approach—someone who takes initiative, identifies improvements, and takes pride in driving outcomes. You’ll be conscientious, detail-oriented, and ready to take on increasing responsibility as the business grows.
