Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise Agreements

Partnering with Account Managers/Executives to resolve customer challenges

Delivering responsive, high-quality customer service across calls, email & internal systems

Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors

Contributing to process improvements and operational excellence ✅ What we’re looking for:

Experience in a customer-focused or admin role (ICT environment highly regarded)





Administration of complex Government arrangements

Highly desirable experience in Microsoft licensing, operations or contract management

Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work in fast paced environment
