JFK Group WA is seeking a charismatic and driven Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing Solar team. If you're motivated by connecting with people, by achieving results, earning uncapped commissions and building a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.

No experience in solar? No problem. Whether you're an experienced solar consultant or an accomplished salesperson looking for a new industry, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This isn't a cold-calling role.

You'll work with a steady flow of warm, qualified enquiries from homeowners and businesses actively looking for Solar, Battery Storage and EV Charging solutions.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and help shape the next stage of our success. You'll have the opportunity to become increasingly involved in commercial projects, working alongside our experienced team with a clear pathway towards senior sales and sales management.

You'll have the flexibility to work from home while also having access to our dedicated energy solutions showrooms in Mandurah and Bibra Lake for customer consultations. With no site visits required, you'll focus on what you do best - building relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored energy solutions and guiding customers from enquiry through to installation.

Salary is competitive based on experience, with performance-based commission incentives available.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven Experience in Sales (solar, electrical, or energy solutions highly regarded)

- Charismatic, approachable and a natural communicator

- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities

- Comfortable using CRMs,



quoting software and digital tools
- A customer-first mindset in a performance-driven environment

- Australian work rights are required for this position
