This role is ideal for a solicitor with 1+ years PQE looking to further develop their expertise in motor property damage and recoveries matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of motor property damage matters, acting on behalf of insurers, fleet operators, and corporate clients. Working closely with experienced practitioners, you will gain exposure to both litigated and non-litigated claims while developing robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing a portfolio of motor property damage and recovery matters.




- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and court documents.
- Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice to clients.
- Negotiating settlements and attending mediations where required.
- Liaising with insurers, brokers, experts, and external stakeholders.
- Attending court appearances and procedural hearings.
- Assisting senior lawyers on complex and high-value disputes.

About You

- Admitted solicitor with 1+ years PQE .
- Previous experience in motor property damage, insurance litigation, recoveries, or general defendant insurance law is advantageous.
