Role : Solution Architect - Claims Transformation

Location : Geelong /Melbourne (Travel to Geelong)

The Role

Join a major claims transformation program and help shape the future technology landscape of a leading organisation.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale claims transformation program focused on modernising platforms, improving customer outcomes, and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business and program objectives.
- Lead technical solution design across Salesforce, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, and AWS.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and support architecture decision-making.

About you:

- Proven Solution Architect experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in either Salesforce, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, and AWS.
- Experience in claims management, workers' compensation, insurance, or case management environments.
- Robust stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification highly regarded.
