We are all about punchy, flavour-packed rice bowls, crispy, juicy fried chicken and damn positive food that does not take itself too seriously.

Born from Seoul’s buzzing street-food scene, we have taken some of the best Korean flavours and made them fast, fresh and fun. Now, we need a great crew to help us serve them up.

Whether you are welcoming Guests, preparing flavour-packed food or helping your crew power through a busy service, you will play a big part in bringing the South Seoul experience to life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE SERVING UP

As a South Seoul Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations while developing a team that loves what they do. You will:

- Lead, coach and motivate your team every day
- Recruit, train and develop your Seoul Mates
- Deliver exceptional Guest service with every visit
- Keep the restaurant running smoothly, safely and efficiently
- Manage labour, stock and food costs to achieve business goals
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness and food safety
- Support your team during busy service periods
- Create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve
- Work closely with the wider OTR Group to drive the success of South Seoul

delivering great food and creating memorable Guest experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, quick service restaurants or retail
- A passion for leading, coaching and developing people
- The ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing restaurant operations, including labour, food costs and inventory
- A commitment to delivering exceptional Guest experiences every day
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety practices
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays THE GOOD STUFF
