The firm has offices in Sydney and Brisbane and a busy, profitable commercial practice. They draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, JV’s, strategic partnerships and supply chain contracts with expertise extending to commercial governance frameworks, licensing arrangement and distribution agreements for Australian and International markets.

About You

- 6+ years PQE
- Experience in top tier or mid tier law firm/s with partly portable practice.
- Skills in drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, JV’s, strategic partnerships and supply chain contracts
- Skills in commercial governance frameworks, licensing arrangement and distribution agreements for Australia and / or International markets
- Tech savvy and skilled in the use of Legal Technology / AI
