This is a great opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel General Insurance Lawyer who wants to level up and focus on complex and high-value Property Damage claims.

You’ll join a practice that acts for both Australian and London market clients, with a steady flow of technically challenging claims across a wide range of industries. Think high-profile matters that attract media attention (especially where preservation of business reputation is of importance), $100m+ mining matters, multimillion-dollar fire and water damage to commercial buildings, and multi-party disputes requiring advice on policy coverage, contractual indemnities and complex dual insurance issues.

This is a team that is deeply invested in developing senior talent, with a strong emphasis on technical mentoring, collaboration and support. You’ll work with a particularly strong group of Partners, several of whom have long-standing recognition through Best Lawyers and Doyles Guide, as well as having a number of high-performing Senior Associates and Special Counsels to bounce off.
