Dotti is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Doncaster store in Melbourne's metro area. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, coach team members, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a rapid-paced fashion environment.
The role is full-time with weekend, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. You’ll help manage inventory, visual merchandising, rosters, and staff development while upholding a fun, fashion-forward store culture.
