Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for the team

Qualify leads and assess potential client needs to match with appropriate sales person

Build rapport with potential clients to increase appointment rates

Manage and maintain accurate records of interactions over the phone on the CRM

Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting targets

Collaborate with sales/ BDM team to create experiences for the team

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting

Excellent communication (Good English), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines

Ability in CRM software and technology

Strong organisational and time management skills
